Palazzo Boccella – Lucca

A palace rich in charm and history in the countryside just outside Lucca that served as a place of leisure and estate for the most important noble families of the area. A palace abandoned for a long time that, through two years of work including our contribution, has been transformed into a hospitality school. Here students study in the new large teaching kitchen, discuss in the frescoed halls, and rest in the rooms available to students. The works involved the entire building, starting from the stables where tasting tables are now located, up to the completely renovated roof, including the restoration of the frescoes and original floors using highly specialized labor.
